As a father of six, including two stepchildren, the days are long but the years short. Through the years I’ve also treasured my roles as high school coach, college ministry leader, and manager in the workplace. The highs and lows of marriage have also inspired a passion to come alongside others in need. In 2009, following my divorce, I joined a divorce recovery program that greatly impacted my life. I’ve now led the program, one of the largest in the Memphis area, for the past fifteen years. In conjunction with the Christian Psychological Center, my wife and I recently launched the Crossroads of Divorce podcast. For years close friends and advisors have encouraged me to take my passion and experience to create a broader platform to share with others. They believe the road I’ve traveled has uniquely prepared me to advise others as they navigate the areas of parenting, couple’s challenges, divorce recovery, career coaching, and professional transition and burnout.
